Las Vegas, NV — August 2025 — The Umi No Koe Collection: Voice of the Sea Songs is a heartfelt musical tribute to the heritage and spirit of the Ryukyu Islands. Inspired by the creativity and enduring spirit of Ritsuko Irabu, whose roots span Miyako, Yaeyama, and Okinawa, the project blends traditional island instruments with contemporary production to create a timeless soundscape.

Inspired by her artistry and life story, father-and-son producers Johnie Lewis Tidwell, Sr. and Johnie Lewis Tidwell, Jr. (R.O.T.N.) bring her vision to life through a series of original compositions. Each track reflects the cultural essence, personal memories, and natural beauty of the islands she called home.
